Advocate Care Services is an approved Medicaid provider able to serve families across Kansas. We partner with individuals and families with children receiving services to help find, train and keep top-quality in-home caregivers. After a caregiver is found, Advocate Care Services will work as the pay provider by collecting time sheets, tracking paperwork and paying your caregiver with funds from your Medicaid waiver.
Family owned
Advocate Care Services is owned by Jacque and Steve Clifton, who understand exactly what you’re looking for in a caregiver and how difficult that can be to find, because they, too have a son who receives in-home care services.
Community involvement
Besides personal experience, the Cliftons participate in the disability community by serving on non-profit boards and committees, volunteering at community events and helping area nonprofits with fundraising to benefit people with disabilities.

As the director of the company and the mother of a child with disabilities, Jacque Clifton understands the qualities families and adults look for when choosing caregivers, and that includes building relationships and showing compassion.
